Attention Investors!!
As I listen to the various economic experts about the future of real estate in 2011, one thing has become glaringly obvious. The number of foreclosures is not going to go down. At best, foreclosures and short sales will remain the same as it was in 2010. But, many experts are pointing to the fact that the number of foreclosures and short sales will continue to increase. And for some unknown reason, Virginia has made it worse by decreasing the time it takes to foreclose to just 14 days.
There are also new rules about negotiating short sales in Maryland. Apparently, Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation has developed rules that impact everyone who intents to pick up the phone and call a lender to negotiate a short sale. These rules apply not only to investors, but also to Realtors®, and attorneys in Maryland. In fact, the list of violators being maintained by DLLR right now almost exclusively consists of attorneys and Realtors®. Luckily for you, I have learned how to negotiate these waters. Let me help you profit from this historic and HUGE segment of the real estate market.
As an investor in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, I make it a point to be up to date with the latest information available on foreclosures. If you are interested in learning more about these opportunities, click on contact me, send me an email and I will reply as soon as I can!

The Developers of the Certified Distressed Property Expert© Designation (CDPE©) believe that in almost all cases the best person for a homeowner in distress to speak with is a well informed Licensed Realtor® that has the tools needed to help that homeowner find the best solution for their situation.
Foreclosure is a devastating financial and emotional process for a homeowner to go through, and in many cases they do so alone and without help of any kind.
This is not only a designation earned by a licensed Realtor but it is also an acronym that signals to the public that the person displaying it has gone through extensive training to successfully mitigate a foreclosure. This can be done by negotiating mortgage terms, helping to negotiate a refinance or the most likely-help sell the property.
An Agent who has earned the CDPE© Designation has dedicated their time and effort to understanding the issues distressed homeowners are dealing with. The CDPE© Professional is an agent who understands the full range of solutions and is ready to help. While experiencing financial distress is difficult for any family, the process of finding a real estate professional shouldn't be. Selecting a CDPE© agent ensures you are dealing with a professional ready to address your needs.
